BOOK YOUR EVENT
Unfortunately dates cannot be held. To avoid any disappointment follow the steps outlined below to secure your booking -
(1) Email events@amanoristorante.com.au to confirm date/time as bookings are subject to availability. If you wish to arrange a meeting in person and view the venue, please request to book an appointment.
(2) Once date/time confirmed, please complete our online booking form.
(3) Complete your deposit payment (non-refundable).
EVENT FAQ’S
WHEN DO I HAVE TO HAVE A SET MENU?
Group bookings of 14 and over require a set menu.
WHAT IS THE VENUE CAPACITY?
Our total venue capacity is approximately 130 guests. Please note children and babies count towards the capacity limit.
WILL I HAVE THE VENUE EXCLUSIVE?
If your booking is less than 130 guests, the venue will be open to use by other patrons. You will be allocated a designated area for your event within the venue. Venue exclusive events are subject to availability and will incur extra charges, please enquire.
DO YOU HAVE A PRIVATE EVENTS ROOM?
Amano has a beautiful open plan layout and does not have a closed off private room. We have many olive trees on castors throughout the venue, and reposition to create a natural partition defining zones from events to a la carte dining.
I HAVE GUEST/S WITH SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS-IS THIS A DIFFERENT PRICE?
The menu you select will be applicable for all guests. We can cater to any special dietary requirements your guests may have e.g. Vegan, Celiac, Lactose, Nut Allergies etc. Please specify upon booking and our Chefs will cater suitable dietary meals at each course accordingly.
AM I ABLE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE SET MENU’S?
Menu’s are customisable, however any changes are subject to a quote.
WILL KIDS HAVE A DIFFERENT MENU?
Children 2-12 years will require a Bambini set menu to be selected. Children under 2 years can opt to not have a meal if this is not required. It is important that all children and babies are included in the overall booking headcount so that we can setup appropriately (highchairs, pram spaces).
CAN I BYO WINE?
Amano Ristorante is a licensed premises. BYO is not permitted as per the Liquor License Regulations. Available options include Beverage Packages with a fixed price per head (require a minimum of 30 adults) or Bar Tab whereby drinks are charged on a consumption basis.
